    1.Banh Cuon Cha-Typical Cakes of The North.

    The pancakes are plucked off of the linen steamer base, and immediately rolled with minced pork and mushrooms, then piled on a plate, sprinkled with deep fried shallots, snipped with scissors into bite sized sections, and topped with fresh herbs such as cilantro or Vietnamese basil. To eat, dip a section of rolled noodle goodness into the accompanying warm fish sauce broth, brightened with a squeeze of fresh lime. You can also pick the leaves off the herbs and add them to the dipping sauce, grabbing a leaf or two as you dip, or you can follow each bite with a chaser of herbs.
    2.Bun Cha Hanoi(Grilled Pork & Noodles)-Typical Food Of Hanoi.

    Decades ago, Kebab rice noodles was mainly sold by street vendors but nowadays it becomes a characteristic of Ha noi. Though kebab rice noodles is a kind of noodles dishes, it’s much different from Pho. It is a perfect combination of sour, salty, sweet and hot taste that people feel hard to put down their chopsticks at first try. There are only 3 main ingredients in a bowl of kebab rice noodle as grilled pork, vermicelli and sauce. Simple ingredients, unreal flavor.

    3.Com Tam Sai Gon(Broken Rice)-Typical Food Of Saigon.

    This simple meal, is one of the most popular dishes from South Vietnam at any time of the day, but particular in the afternoon. It is usually served grilled marinated pork chops, plus a mixture of thinly shredded pork and pork skin over broken rice. On top of the meat, there are several customary ingredients such as: finely sliced cucumber, tomato and pickled vegetables, along with prawn paste cake also known as steamed pork and egg custard or pork meatloaf with egg, fried egg, and grilled prawns.

    4.Bun Bo Hue(Hue’s Beef Noodles Soup)-Typical Food of Hue

    Bun Bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) is a regional speciality comprising thick rice vermicelli and various toppings in a thick soup. Unlike Pho, this dish is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy as it’s flavoured with boiled bones and shank, annatto seeds, lemongrass, ginger, fermented shrimp paste, chilli oil, and sugar. As for the toppings, expect congealed pig blood, beef or pork knuckles, beansprouts, lime wedges, cilantro, diced green onions, banana blossoms, mint and basil. You can also ramp up the spiciness by adding fresh chillies and fermented fish sauce to your Bun Bo Hue.

    5.Vietnam Pizza(Banh Trang Nuong)-Typical Food Of Dalat.

    The basic version of Vietnam pizza is rice paper roasted on charcoal grill’s low medium heat and topped with ground pork,chopped spring onions,butter,cheese,seafood,sausages and a quail egg mixed with dried crispy.

    7.Com Hen(Baby Clam Rice)-Typical Food of Hue Royal City. Com Hen has a sweet-smelling flavor of rice, onion, as well as strange tastes of sweet, buttery, salty, sour, and peppery-hot. This special kind of food is of great antiscience, simplicity and deliciousness.     6. Che Thap Cam(Mixed Sweet Soup)-Vietnamese Best Desser

There are hundreds of sweet soup recipes in Vietnam. Vietnamese mixed sweet soup (Che thap cam) which is made from many ingredients is the favorite dessert of all ages. The highlight of Mixed sweet soup is the perfect mix of various ingredients including red bean, mung bean, peanut, taro, sweet potato, agar agar, green young glutinous rice, corn, wheat flour, tapioca pearls, tapioca starch, pandas leaf, coconut milk, coconut meat, etc. In different regions of the country, they cook this dessert in different ways.

Most of the Vietnamese mixed sweet soups are served cold with ice. They are usually topped with crushed toasted peanuts, shredded coconut meat. Coconut milk is used to make the dessert greasy.
